logging into account created with tunecore

I'm attempting to link my band's spotify account to our squarespace website, and to do this I need my login information. The problem is that our music is published to spotify via tunecore (I'm fairly certain that's how it works) and when I try to log into spotify or reset my password it doesn't recognize my username or email. 

What do I do?

I'm going to get in touch with tunecore and squarespace also.

I think it would be best to get in touch with Tunecore as they have access to your account 🙂

Same here i juat released a song with tunecore but the song ended up on the wrong artist with the same name as me i did try to log into spotify artist n try to search artist my account wont pop up and what do i do to out my songs on to my own profile ?

Help please
