I've got some login issues. After my original account got expired I had trouble logging in, I tried the app and the website. My account was active on spotify, but no longer premium. I can see my shared playlists and my buddies can see them too.

 

So I used password recovery but it keeps telling me there is no active account with this e-mail adres. But when I want to create an account, it keeps telling me there is an active acount with the e-mail adres/ But when I use password recovery the site keeps telling me there is no active account.

 

So, its a loop and I really want my old playlists etc. back. I cant be botherd with making a new account.

 

Can someone help me?

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

 

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

 

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
