login problem using facebook on chromebook

My Question or Issue

 I am trying to get my son's Spotify app logged in on his new Chromebook but each time we try to do the log in with Facebook, chrome returns an error message in Facebook. We can't get his app logged in.

Thanks for getting in touch! No worries, we'll help your son log in.

Have your son request a new password on our website here. He will be able to request a password for the email address associated to his Facebook profile. With his email address as a username, together with the password he created, he'll be able to log into his account without going through Facebook.
