login problem with present card

Hi,

Having problem with present card 300 SEK trying to start a premium membership. Having typed both card # and pincode (covered with a clue slip). Getting info that no is incorrect and 'try again'. I have given right codes. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried redeeming the code from an incognito window on a desktop PC using this link? If that doesn't help, we'd suggest you get in touch with the store you bought it from and double check with them if the gift card was properly activated at the checkout.
