To find your username, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide them with the account information you do know (email or Facebook account, payment info, etc.). The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.

Once you're logged in, you can go to https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/ and see if your subscription has been renewed.
