lost account credentials

Anyone know how to get the account info for your spotify Premium account?

I have an account that I stayed logged in with and rarely reauthenticate. I just purchased a Sonos and would like to link my spotify account to that device, however I can't retrieve my account info. I have emailed spotify support and provided all types of information but they can't seem to find the account. I even shared a playlist with a friend to see the username that came up in the share email. Still no luck.

I'd like to not have to call my CC company and decline the charges but it looks like I don't have another choice since Spotify can't find the info.

Any suggestions before I cancel and lose all my playlists etc... I like Spotify but if I have to start over Ill likely try something different. Googleplay unlimited for instance.

Which applications are you still logged into? If you are logged into the desktop client, go to Help > Your Account which will let you see your username and email address.

I assume you have not linked your account to Facebook based on your issue.

You should be able to locate your Spotify username from the device you have logged in to indefinitely. If it's on a desktop computer, just look at the top right hand corner and your username should be displayed there. It can either be a string of numbers or a username you set earlier. You can also try clicking on your username and selecting "Account" to see if that brings you to your account page in Spotify.com where you can reset your password.

If you're logged in on a mobile device, you can access your account username by selecting your profile icon underneath the "Settings" button.

Once you have your Spotify username, you can reset your password by selecting the Forgot My Password option at the main login page: https://www.spotify.com/us/
and entering your username

Im logged in with iOS on iPAD for the account in question. The app version is 1.4.1

Under Settings > Account , the only thing there is Account and Premium. Absolutely no other info present. Neither Account nor Premium are selectable.
