lost all of my playlists

Recently, I logged into another ipad and i lost all of my playlists on all of my devices. cant seem to figure out why...any ideas

It used to be that you lost playlists if you cancelled your premium account but I’m not sure anymore. Someone also may have hacked your account somehow. If you need to get them back just go to Spotify.com and click recover playlists and select the ones you want to recover.
