lost playlist on new phone

lost playlist on new phone

hello. Ive been a premium subscriber for some time now. I had a bunch of playlists and never had any problems. I had my account linked to my paypal and make the monthly payment. I got a new phone yesterday, downloaded spotofy app on it and now when i log on, my account isnt premium and all my lists are gone. It does give my the option so become a premium member. Can you help me out with some advice? Do i lose all of my playlist?

Hey @chankleta007,

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

hey thanks for the info! i initially thought that would be the problem but I was able to check and I only have one email account. I reset my password and got an email where it states im a premium user. Yet when i log back on, none of my playlists show. Ive got no idea what else to do.
