lost playlists and premium PLEASE HELP

I have had to change my face book password recently and now my Spotify account has no premium and all my playlists are gone, somehow I can still access Spotify from my iPad app and all my playlists etc. are there but when I log in to Spotify from the desk top app with my user name and password everything is gone and I have the free version. When I log in with my face book details it says 'Spotify desktop client communication failed.'

I did manage to log in using Facebook details from the web player - it has my face book profile pic etc. and details of payments made for premium but still says I only have the free version.

This is so frustrating. I am paying for this and cannot access any of my playlists on my pc of phone....PLEASE HELP I do not want to lose my playlists.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you with this
