hola.

recientemente he actualizado mi iphone i  ipad a ios4, he cargado de nuevo la app de spotify. el resultado es que me aparecen las listas pero no las puedo ejecutar. He consultado la cuenta Premium desde hace casi dos años y figura como Free, el recibo de octubre esta pagado y constan todos los datos de cobro. Alguien puede decirme que pasa? como lo resuelvo?, gracias.

We don't have a lot of spanish speakers here on the community, so I hope english is okay! If you would prefer spanish support drop them an email here and a spanish speaker will be more than happy to help out. 

 

As for your account, is it showing as spotify free on your online overview, if not what was your last bill date? 

Also be doubly sure you are logging in using the correct details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts one with a Spotify username and password and another using your Facebook details.
