descubri que estoy pagando 2 cuentas distintas en distintas tarjetas . una pude darla de baja . no sé como dar la otra

We'd first suggest logging in with any details you might have used to create an account to see if you can find the other Premium subscription you're paying for. Keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google.

You can also ask your family or friends if they've used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

In case you still can't find the other account, it would be a good idea to reach out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your payments and provide further help.
