Hi Spotify,


I have two separate accounts, one of which was free and inactive and uses my personal email address, the other is Premium and current and uses my work email address.


On the current account, I would like to replace my work email address with my personal email address. I have no issue deactivating the account that is currently using my personal email address - it's not in use.


Is this possible?

Spotify Support can close the account for you! You can contact them through one of the channels below:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours :).
