Hi,

In (12/20/16 @ Netheland )There was banner with an offer 3 months in the price of one.
I've completed the payment and then after 1 month my account has been changed to free!

Can you fix this issue please!

Thanks for letting me know.

Since the beginning of December 2016, iDeal is only available as a PAYG (pay-as-you-go) payment method.

Unfortunately it was only possible to claim the offer if you've used a recurring payment method (eg. Credit Card or PayPal).

I've used: Spotify website payment via ( iDeal ABN-AMRO )
