I tried to download a track and it didn’t appear in my downloads section of Spotify. I had 7 downloads left with 2 days to purchase. I read in the help section that I could download a track up to 5 times. I tried to download the track again and it still didn’t appear but now my account says I only have 5 downloads left. Can you tell me what is going wrong? Thank you
