missing playlist & cannot reply to main topic about this

hi

i know there is a main topic about this, but i am not able to reply in that topic for some reason

i also have some playlists that are missing and tried to log in, out, unistal, instal and so on. 

everything is not working

my mac, ipad and iphone have this issue

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Do you mean this topic? If not, check it out.

You can't reply to it because you don't need to. All the steps are in the first post, and at the bottom of the 1st post is a form to submit  if the above steps don't work for you. So feel free to try out all the steps in the post, and if they all don't work, use the form.

no i didnt deleted them myself

they just disapeared like in this post: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premiu...

but the reply button is not clickable for me

and i tried all the things they say you have to do but they do not work

please help me out there are like 5 playlists missing

Hi,

Ah, sorry, must have misread the OP.

In that case, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to sort it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
