missing playlists

I recently logged on to my spotify premium account on my computer while offline and all my playlists were gone. It wasn't just the tracks but the actual titles of the playlists themselves. I had at least ten playlists and now apparently have none.

Normally when all of your playlists have disappeared you have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.
