Hi,

I was more then half a year in the US, California as an Au Pair.

In this time I used Spotify.

Nearly two weeks ago i moved back to Germany and now i'd like to use Spotify Free again!

I do not have a mastercard or a paypal account!

Please help me, my 14 days abroad time is nearly over 😞

Indiaka4 - You can change the country in your account from here: www.spotify.com/account/profile/

You will need to add card details, to verify your location. Don't worry, we won't charge you.

If you can't do this, just contact Customer Support, like Meredith mentions above.

Thanks for replying to me. I just forgot to tell you that I do not have any of the credit cards accepted and I can get any new... Do I have to make a new account?

Users that don't have a credit card will just need to fill out our contact form. 

Please note, a few of you might get a repsonse sending you back to the Community. All you need to do is reply again. We'll get your message and be able to help.
