multiple accounts

Hi, I appear to have 3 accounts.

1 - The family account that I use and pay £14:99/month for - no issues

2 - My old free acount that I dont use - no issues

3 - My old single premium account that I don't use and pay£9:99/month - no clue how to access this account to cancel the subscription. I have exhausted all email addresses and have tried to log in via facebook.

How can I cancel the subscription on the third account please

In order to cancel your subscription you must have access to it.

Let's start by using this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details and trying to recover access to the one you wish to cancel.

Thank you, I have tried this - I have 2 emails and they are both linked to the accounts that i want to keep. I have no idea what the 3rd account is logged under. All i know is that I am still paying for it 😞

thanks for the update !

The link i provided should direct you towards finding where this account came from.

If it's registered with your details and it's a paying account, nobody else could have created it as it uses your payment method details.

Nevertheless, even if you reach out to the support team, you'll have to provide the accounts credentials to verify that it is indeed yours.

Please try and use the link i provided to gain access to the account.
