Someone is probably using your account, please post here to get force logged out of all devices: http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Someone-else-using-your-account-Post...

For now, go into Spotify and go to Edit>Preferences. Untick all the boxes under activity sharing and nothing should be shared at that point.

I don't know if it's possible, but it would be worth a shot to submit a support ticket on the contact form over here to ask for your activity history to be cleared: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
