my account has totally vanished

My account, username mashton, has totally vanished.

I've been a premium user for years and now have no log in even though I am still paying. I have had to make a new user to log into these forums.

I have raised a case, number 01189858, but just got an automated fob off.

I have also tries to raise this via twitter.

Please help me. I want my account back asap.
