I had subscribed for the free 30 day premium, I tried cancelling from my iphone the day it expired and spotify wuld not give me a confirmation. It only took me to tha page that asked why I wanted to cancel. Finally a few days later when I tried again it worked however I received my credit card bill and I was charged for a full month.  I want this charge reversed. Who can I speak with?

Hi DDFED! Sorry to hear that you got charged after attempting to cancel, but I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve it the second time around. As far as going about getting a refund, I cannot make any guarantees, as it's handled on a strict case to case basis, but for your best bet I would recommend getting in touch with support through this form. Please note that you will most likely receive an automated email back from support directing you to the forums or the FAQ page; just ignore that, and reply back directly to that email (even if it comes from a no-reply address), and support should help sort your issue out as soon as they can.
