When I try to login with my second account it won’t work

Thanks for reaching out. The Duo plan is typically for two people who live together, allowing them to have two separate Premium accounts. Can you tell us how exactly you've configured the plan thus far and what exactly you've tried? What's the behaviour you see when you try to log in? Some screenshots would also be very helpful.
