my email was used to create an account in Spotify

Hello,

one of my emails was used to create an account in Spotify, i did not create this account. 

I already have and use Spotify on a different email

I have two different emails, one for work and another one for stuff like spotify, those emails are not connected

Yesterday i got notification on my work email that someone used it to create an account in Spotify, and again today another notification that a password on that created account was changed due to suspicious activity..

I already took some security measures as resseting my passwords 

My question here is, is it possible to block/delete that email on spotify? since it was not created by me, but with my email adress

Could you reach out to the folks Spotify by following the steps here to reach out to the Accounts team and they can investigate this a bit further and get the account closed down behind the scenes.
