my facebook account was deactivated by facebook .. i can't connect to my premium spotify account

 

my account which is linked with my old facebook account is no longer reachable because facebpook deactivated it

 

what can i do to link my premium spotify to my email ?

Hi @user-removed!

You should be able to create a new Spotify password if you enter your email (the one linked to your Facebook account) in the password reset form. Once you get a new password, you should be able to log in using your email or username and your Spotify password 🙂

In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. Just fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support. If you would prefer not to send an email, you can reach them on twitter at @SpotifyCares, or on Facebook by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page.

Hi, thanks for your reply ..

but as i said my facebook account was deactiovated permanently by facebook

so i can't reconnect to it !

 

so now my account is unreachable !!

i have another account with mail used to login to my old facebook account (the one which has been deactivated by facebook)

 

i tried to reset but, i reset the password of my non premium account

 

still don't have access to my premium account

Hello!

Maybe you can consider deleting that Free account so the only account linked to your email is your Premium Facebook account. You can learn how to close Spotify accounts here:

Aprés fermuture du 2eme compte je reçois ce message lorsque j'essai d'introduire le mail de mon ancien facebook

 

L'adresse e-mail indiquée n'est associée à aucun compte Spotify. Vous pouvez soit en tester une autre, soit vous connecter via Facebook si votre compte est associé.

is there a way to close the account cause now i'm paying for a service which i'm not using !
