Spotify is installed but does not recognise I have a premium account

Thanks for sharing your concern here in the community.

 

You might be logging into a different Free account. Could you try logging out and back in? When you log in again, make sure to use the same information you used in the Premium account. If you're not sure of the logging information, you can check your profile to confirm the username, email and change the password if needed.
