my girlfriend wanted to use my account. she forgot the password. She entered 3 times a wrong one and blocked my normal account. it was a premium account. the real problem is. I have had the account for a very long time and in that time the back-up email adres on the account was deleted. So i can't ask for a new password.

no, because, if I just do a forgot pasword, a link is emailed to me. but that emailadres is gone.

I just ran into the same issue! I used my college email with I started Spotify. But since I've been out of college, they deleted my email... and just recently my old password stopped working.  I've got 7 years of liked songs on that account and I have premium. I really hope there is something they can do about this!!!
