my spotify account was hacked; email address was changed and NO feed back from spotify

i received an unexpected email from spotify starting "We wanted to let you know that the email address on your Spotify account has changed recently....."

i wrote to account-details-changed@spotify.com twice in the last week to report the change was not initiated by myself, however there is no reply from spotify.

there is nothing i can do with my account now as i cannot even login!

it is appreciated if spotify could respond, or let me know where i can get the support/customer service i need.

I just got hacked too.
I managed to close session in all devices and instantly change my password.
