Minha pergunta problema
 fiz convite para minha esposa ou convite pelo link, porém faz o login entrar como contra básica e não atrela o usuário dela ao plano duo, cada um tem um uso, o meu é meu é o dela é dela.

Is your wife currently in another Duo/Family plan or is her account on free?
What happens when you send her an invite link for the Duo plan?

Sim, a conta dela é gratuita e ela não está vinculada a outra conta. Quando faço o envio, ela aceita o convite segue os passos e quando faz o login nao vincula a conta duo!

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps?

On another note, could you ask your wife to try accepting the invite from a different device and using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?
