nach anmelden direkt wieder abgemeldet

Hallo, ich habe das Problem dass wenn ich mich auf dem Pc oder Android Handy anmelden will nach 3sek wieder abgemeldet werde und mich nach dem dies 3 mal geschehen ist mich gar nicht mehr anmelden kann. Ich kann mich mit dem Account auch nicht mehr auf der Web-Site anmelden.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It looks like there's some trouble with your password. We understand that you're able to log in briefly, but we suggest that you reset your password and try logging in with the new password. 

If that doesn't work, reinstall the app, and try a different internet connection.
