need help getting my premium account on new phone

I pay for premium spotify but my old phone doesn't work anymore. I got a new one and downloaded the app but when I try to login with my email tells me that one already exists. My email for my account is r.silvera@hotmail.com but I even had to open a different email just to be able to post this here.
I need to get my spotify with my old email (r.silvera@hotmail.com) and be able to open the app on my new iPhone please.
