need help with disconnecting a Facebook account to a Spotify account I no longer have

My Question or Issue 

Hi, the title pretty much describes what I need help with.

I use a family plan and lost my first account ( don't remember the email and password)

I switched the first account with a old one (free) I already had, but, the first account was already logged in Facebook and now I can't log it out ( already tried removing Spotify from my Facebook connections, didn't worked)

Go to settings(on a computer), scroll down to find social, then there should be a blue button that says "disconnect from facebook". Hope this helps!
