my son is the plan manager. it needs to change to me.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the plan manager once signed up. Your son would have to cancel and wait for the subscription to end.

 

Once the current subscription has ended, a new Premium Family plan can be started through your account 🙂

 

Also, please keep in mind that every user can only switch plans once every 12 months, so if one of the plan members was part of more than one plan within the last 12 months, they wouldn't be able to join the new plan.
