new desktop app installed cant reset password

hi

i've just installed the new desktop app (windows) tried entering password. apparently it's wrong so i tried resetting. reset link doesn't work. tried logging in with facebook. facebook login  link doesn't work. no links on the login page work.

any help would be very appreciated. 🙂

If logging in with your username (not email), and password's not working, we'd recommend trying to reset your password once more with these steps: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/.

Try giving it a go from a

- Desktop device
- Different browser
- Incognito window
