I moved some time ago, have new e-mail address - the one registered on Spotify no longer exists. Have lost password, so unable to make any changes. To change pw I need e-mail. To change e-mail I need pword. Catch 22.

No worries, you'll need to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff in this case so they can do their magic backstage for you. You can drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the anonymous contact form. To use it properly, make sure you've signed off the community and any Spotify webpage before clicking the link so that you can provide the email you've access before submitting it, otherwise any reply will go to the old email you have no access to. Keep in mind to provide any necessary information so that support knows which account you need help with.

They usually get back within 24-48 hours.
