You aren't receiving the emails? Are they going into your spam folder?

Give it 24 hours and be sure to check your junk/spam folders. If you don't get the email after that time, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can get one out to you manually (although with it being Christmas time replies might take longer than normal!).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
