no 30 days trial?

last month I tried the 7 days trial, which made me like Spotify. 

After my 7 days were over, I got an ad for the 30 days trial, which was supposedly free.

 30days, trial, what even,

I bought a spotify card with 10 euros immediately since I don't posses any of the cards on the website and tried the 30 days trial.

now I am supposed to be listening premium for 2 months, 1 month being my 30 day of FREE trial (which is the reason why I subscribed) and 30 days of PAID premium, however today I am unable to listen to anything premium & it's back to Spotify Free.

I basically paid for the 30 days & didn't get my free trial.. is there a way to still get my 30 days of trial?

Hey there @sarahhabib1996 and welcome to the community 🙂

As mentioned when you sign up for the trial, Premium trials are usually for users who hadn't had any Premium (trial or paid) before .

I never had paid before.. I signed up for the 30 days trial and used a
prepaid credit card for it, but I never got the 30 days of trial.. it used
it as payment immediately. .

Just to clarify, at the first post you mentioned using the 7-day trial. If so, it is considered as having Premium already....

Wait really?.... 

Well.. then I guess I made the mistake myselfby not reading well.

Anyways it was time to buy new credits anyways,  thank you for the replies! !
