no Support Answer bc of my E-Mail. Account?

I have wrote a Ticket to the Support bc my Account got billed but i cancelled the subscription. This was 4 days ago and I stll have no answer. COuld it be that there is a Problem with sending e-mails to accounts from the web.de Plattform?

Normally, support replies within 24 hours. If you haven't received any response, could you please check your spam/junk folder and see if it's hiding there?

well there is no response. Not in my normal folders or in Spam/junk. Thatswhy I am asking if there could be a problem with the web.de plattform
