no access/kicked out

no access/kicked out

Cannot access my premium account

This has happened:

* was kicked (?) out of my account

* since then, cannot access to any of my platforms (laptop, smart phone)

* trying to access via laptop, I seems to enter my accopunt for a short second, then trown out again, and getting a message saying username or password is wrong

* trying on my smartphone, only a message saying username or password is wrong

* do not get any e-mail, when entering username for new password

* referred to facebook when entering e-mail (asking for new password); facebook do not give access to my premium account

 

can anybody help me?
