My Question or Issue

 My daughter already has a free account that was set up through facebook and we have just upgraded to premium. The facebook account doesnt have an email. she has a spotify user id in FB. How do i add her without having an email address to send the link to ?

Hey @fionanmark,

You can send the invite to another email address in that case, as the invites aren't locked on the email address they're being sent to. 🙂

Thanks, i am still not sure how that would then allow me to upgrade her to premium. would i have to add the email to her facebook account ?

No, just send the invite to an email address that you have access to. When the invite link arrives, copy the link and send it to her. 

She can then open the link and accept the invite using her existing account.
