no longer have access to email or password

i signed up using an email address that i no longer have access too i forgot my password and cant log into my spotify im a premium subscriber so i have to figure out how to fix this all i need to do is have them send me a password reset to my email that i actually use how can i do this please help?!?!?!?

 I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

 They can also be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares

If you use the online contact form instead of Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
