no more student discount?

I had the student pricing since about 8 months ago. but last week, I got charged full price and it was charged from "ADY*SPOTIFY USA" instead of the usual "SPOTIFY USA 877-778-1161 NY"

what's going on??

since this is a billing issue, I suggest reaching out to the official support team by using this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/. I can tell you for sure that the student discount is still available and don't know what's going on with your subscription. Maybe you need to re-verify through the partner (e.g. NUS, Unidays..). But just write to the staff and they can sort it for you.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
