not able to skip more than 6 songs as a premium member

I thought premium members can skip more songs than the free account but I'm not able to on my phone or in my car.

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, let's try a quick reinstall. Just follow the steps here.

We'd also recommend double-checking you're logging into the right account. If you’re not sure what email address is linked to the Premium account, we’d recommend having a quick scan of the email accounts you own for emails from ‘hello@spotify.com’. That way, you can determine which one you used to sign up for at www.spotify.com, and then log in with this 🙂


If you're still having trouble, could you let us know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system that you're running?

When this happened to me, I canceled my premium, then I re-bought it. It worked, but I cam see why you would not want to do this if you got Spotify Premium for a cheaper price
