how do you select a region to make spotify available? is there any requirements? What should I do for use Spotify in my region?

No worries, I'm here to help.

I checked and it seems like Spotify isn't available in your country at the moment. Spotify rolls out in many countries as often as they can, and there is some more info here. Hopefully Spotify becomes available in your area soon!
