Can you tell us what's the carrier and the country where you're located?

 

We'll see what we can suggest.  

me too im not receiving any code my country is in Philippines and my carrier is Smart Philippines

In that case, we'd recommend contacting Smart Philippines directly in order to get assistance getting the codes required for the subscription, as they're the ones that generate them.
