not receiving reset email

So, I've been looking through posts about this for like 2 hours now and I'm about ready to punch someone. I need to reset my password. Normally I just login via facebook, but I'm trying to login to my ps4, which doesn't have that option. (It's not showing that or any other devices in the "devices available" menu, naturally, so I can't just do that either.) So I'm trying to reset my password, but I'm not getting any of the emails, in my **bleep** folder or otherwise, and I've doublechecked that spotify isn't on my blocked list. I tried to contact customer support and literally all they told me to do was go back to the community forums -_- so here I am. Somebody please help me either reset my password, or fight the company. Thank you.
