Ive been trying to cancel my spotify premium subscription for a few weeks now with no sucess. There is no view options under my manage subscription, i combed the forums and found a link to cancel, which led me to the shhh disabled page, tried canceling through a link my phone company sent which led to the same shhh page and i could not find the contact form. i found a link to it finally and it does nothing. loads and stays right on the same screen page. on my manage subscription page it says there is no payment method connected to my account, since its my only button option i thought if i could update that it would let me cancel but that button also loads and takes me nowhere.i even tried posting before and logging into my account which asks me to check the box to accept the terms and agreements. i check it and push accept  on both and the page reloads, unchecks my box and gives a red error message saying i need to accept the terms and agreements. it did  this repeatedly before some glitch let me in..  I am at the end of my patience and would really love an answer as to why this is happeneing.

I am sorry about the broken links. It looks like the new interface has made some changes with the urls.

Does your account have the new interface, or the old interface?

 

You should recognize this by going to the account overview, there should be a header with "Hello ..........!".

If so, go to Manage subscription. From there you should be able to cancel your subscription.

 

If that doesn't work I would recommend getting in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

It's the proper interface but I could not find any option to cancel. I sent a contact form and still haven't gotten a reply. I tried using a different browser and still nothing. I finally found a setting in my App Store to manage my subscriptions...I turned off the auto renew for spotify and I'm hoping that will fix it cause when I go to my manage subscription page it still tells me I'll be charged on 12/12/14 unless I cancel before then.

I have the same issue. Very frustrating. I can cancel the auto renew via the app store but I want to cancel with spotify and then re-subscribe as I am a student and am being charged 12.99 instead of the advertised 9.99 for regular subscription and 4.99 for students. 

 

On the "manage my subscriptions" page under payments it just has a link to "update details" which goes nowhere. Under Subscription it just says it will be automatically renewed unless I cancel.
