notification and account fiasco

so i hadnt been able to receive notifications at all, ever. pointing it out here got minimal reply so i hit up @SpotifyCares yesterday. Got a few responses, was told it was being looked into....then silence. next day (today) im back onto them, was told make a new account and it should fix everything and they will transfer everything over. after doing this i realize that username and followers/following would not be included. notifications still dont work. agree (foolishly) to let them change my password so that they can look at my account.........silence. cant log in.....most likely everyone gone home for the night.

so im now stranded with no way into an account with a username i dont want, to listen to my own playlists that i cant add songs to. no point in coping them as my own under new username as any additions wont be seen by the friends i now have to manually add....

as far as i know, i have to wait till monday to get into my account.......such a load of waffle.
