When I look at my account, it only shows my iPhone as an offline device.  How do I add my laptop and my iPad as offline devices?

Hi @tr333, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In order to add more offline devices, you only need to try to download music on your other 2 devices. In your case, your laptop and iPad.

Keep in mind that you can have up to 3 different devices for offline listening.

Thanks. I'm having another issue. I only have 3 devices -- iPad, iPhone,
and laptop. When I tried to listen offline on my iPhone, I got a message
saying I can only have 3 devices offline so everything on my phone would be
erased. Everything I had previously downloaded was no longer downloaded.
I couldn't listen to any of my music. I don't get why this happened when I
only have 3 devices. I'm finding Spotify very confusing and frustrating.
I have to keep re-downloading everything on my iPad and iPhone. Help would
be greatly appreciated.

Hey @tr333

We're sorry you feel this way! Rest assured we're here to help.

If you're seeing this message, we'd recommend checking out this guide:

https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/the_basics/listen-offline-troubleshooting/

This will cover a number of steps, to help resolve this.

We'd also recommend removing all of your Offline devices here (https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/) with the 'Remove All' button.

Although this will mean you'll need to download to your devices again, we think it'll help as it will give things a refresh.

Let us know how you get on 🙂
