My Question or Issue

 My account is nynke75. My mailadress is known by you. My daughter was changing my password, but also changed my username. 

Now i have my mailadress, which is a FREE spotify account (moose2003), and i have one on the same mailadress: nynke75, which is premium..How is this possible?

My daughter used my info like birthday etc..

Help me please, because my phone broke down so if i download spotify again, it will be a FREE account, because i can only get the moose2003 account. I can only change the password of the Mooseaccount.

I called XS4ALL, but the cant help me. They say: we deliver a code and the rest is up to spotify..

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account with another email address and now you can't sign into your first account. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
