pago de premium

Hola buenas tardes. 

Tengo un problema, hoy en la mañana trate de suscribirme al premium en la promocion de 3 meses por $9.00 y di todos los datos de la tarjeta y solo me puso un mensaje en rojo que decia que mi tarjeta o mi provedor estaba pasando un mal dia que lo intentara mas tarde, y lo intente mas tarde como a las 2 de la tarde y me mando el mismo mensaje pero en mi celular me mandaba mi banco Banamex los cargos que se hicieron en esas 2 horas al momento de meter mis datos de la tarjeta, quisiera saber si me podrian ustedes suscribir el premium por que no quisiera ingresar los datos denuevo y me hagan un tercer cargo, espero en breve su respuesta mi cuenta esta al correo de miriamzitha96@hotmail.com de mi cuenta de Facebook si me podrian mandar la respuesta por correo se los agradeceria mucho, les anexo el screenshot de los cargos que se hicieron a mi tarjeta y que no se activo el premium, muchas gracias espero su respuesta.

I am sorry, but I don't speak your language. If you have been charged for Premium but you didn't get it, you need to contact Spotify support:

Select these options: Subscription -> I paid for Premium but my account is still on Free -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.

I had the same problem, payed, your page said that had a problem with my bank, but the charge was made it. How i change to premium?

Select these options: Subscription -> I paid for Premium but my account is still on Free -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
